ORDERING AND PURCHASING THROUGH THE HSC WEBSHOP
NOTE: HSC webshop services can only be used by persons over 18 years of age.
Terms of purchase
These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, returning and complaining about the products offered on our website.

The buyer (consumer) of goods is a webshop visitor who selects at least one product, puts it in the cart and makes payment using the offered payment methods, sends the order to the seller.
Retail prices include VAT.

Delivery conditions - INTIME d.o.o. - IN TIME Express
The ordered goods are delivered to the entrance of the residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person will deliver the goods to the front door of the apartment. The goods are delivered in the entire territory of Croatia covered by IN TIME d.o.o. Courier service
We deliver within the borders of the Republic of Croatia via IN TIME d.o.o. delivery services usually within 3-5 working days.
Delivery price for customers of TSP d.o.o. within the borders of the Republic of Croatia is HRK 0.00 regardless of the quantity, value and place of delivery of the ordered goods.
Outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia
Delivery terms - HP Express
We deliver outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia via the HP Express delivery service, usually within 3-14 working days depending on the location, i.e. the country to which the goods are delivered.
Delivery price for customers of TSP d.o.o. outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia is 7.00 EUR, except in the case when the value of the ordered goods is 100 EUR, then the delivery is free.
Ordering and payment
Products are ordered by creating a web order (putting it in the "cart") on the webshop pages. There is an option "Add to cart" next to each item. When you add the desired item to the cart, a window will open in which you can select the quantity of items. When you have put all the items you want to buy into your cart, you can view it by clicking on the cart option, which is located in the upper right part of the HSC webshop. If you have selected everything you need, click on the "Proceed to checkout" option. If you have added the wrong item to the cart, there is an option to remove the item from the cart. Within the cart, you can change the quantity of products you want to order. If you did not log in when you arrived at the site, the webshop login page will now open. If you are a new customer, follow the procedure for logging in to the HSC webshop. If you have already bought from us, enter your e-mail address and password in the spaces provided.
After entering the data required for registration, confirm your registration by clicking on the "Login" option. After registration, the "Billing address" window will open. Enter your billing address here and choose whether you want delivery to this address or to another address. In the case of delivery to a new address, it is necessary to enter the delivery address in the third step. After that, you need to choose a delivery method and a payment method.

Card payment - on the web store we use CorvusPay - an advanced system for safe acceptance of payment cards via the Internet. The cards we currently accept as means of payment are: VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD
PayPal payment enables secure payment via your PayPal account, i.e. a paired credit card with your PayPal account. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to make the payment. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com
Before payment, it is necessary to accept the business conditions and confirm the order by clicking on "Confirm order". A confirmation message will arrive at your e-mail address, which means that your order has been received. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation notification, there is a possibility that he entered his email address incorrectly. In this case, we ask the customer to contact us at: email@example.com or at the telephone number 091/3584122 so that our customer service can check whether the order has been received. If you are not sure how to make a purchase, feel free to call us at 091/3584122 and we will help you with the order.
If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will deliver the available ones and inform the customer about this by e-mail or phone, together with information about the availability and the estimated deadline for the delivery of the remaining products. If it is not possible to deliver the products subsequently, the sales contract is automatically terminated for the undelivered products.
In case of cancellation of the order, the Supplier will, in accordance with the terms of business, refund the pre-paid funds to the Buyer (Card payment/PayPal payment) and inform the same by e-mail or telephone that his order has been canceled and the previously paid funds have been refunded.
The seller is responsible for material defects of the item in accordance with positive regulations, especially in accordance with the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Croatia.

The right to unilaterally terminate a contract concluded outside the business premises or concluded at a distance
You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the end of the term by means of an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax or e-mail, in which you will state your name and surname, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address and via the form for unilateral termination of the contract. The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day: (a) when you or a third person designated by you, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the goods that are the subject of the contract - in the case of concluding a sales contract; (b) when you or a third person designated by you, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the last piece or the last consignment of goods - in the case of concluding a contract that refers to several pieces of goods that are to be delivered separately, i.e. if it is a question of goods that are delivered in several pieces or in several shipments; (c) when the first piece or the first shipment of goods is handed over to you or to a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier - if regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time has been contracted. We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us. The goods must be sent exclusively by courier service to the address of TSP d.o.o. 31000 Osijek, Ribarska 4, without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day you sent us your decision on unilateral termination of the contract. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Pursuant to Article 77, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product that is the result of handling the purchased product.
That is why TSP d.o.o. recommends to its customers:
take a good look at the product characteristics that are listed in the offer on the HSC webshop website when choosing a product
if the packaging is damaged, do not pick up the product, but draw the attention of the delivery person to the damage to the packaging and ask them to return the product to TSP d.o.o. because otherwise it is considered that you have received the product with undamaged packaging
inspect the product, if there is any visible damage (e.g. a part is broken, due to transport or improper storage of the product),
inform TSP d.o.o. as soon as possible. and return the product without use, as any further handling of the product reduces the value of the product
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In the event of a dispute between the buyer and the seller, it is possible to submit an application to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts or a proposal for conciliation at the conciliation centers. The procedure before the courts of honor is carried out in accordance with the Rulebook on the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Rulebook of the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, which prescribe that the members of the councils of these courts, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, are also consumer representatives. Conciliation at the conciliation centers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Conciliation and in accordance with the Ordinance on Conciliation of the Conciliation Center.
The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, with the consent of the minister responsible for consumer protection, will make decisions on costs in proceedings before the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts.
Security of Online Payments
While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet. CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with
your sensitive payment card data. Similarly, CorvusPay operators cannot access your complete cardholder data. An isolated system core independently transmits and manages sensitive data while at the same time keeping it completely safe.
The form for entering payment data is secured by an SSL transmission cipher of the greatest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by hi-grade encryption, using hardware devices certified by FIPS 140 2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay fulfills all of the requirements for safe online payment prescribed by the leading credit card brands, operating in compliance to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard - the highest security standard of the payment card industry. Payments made by cards enroled with the 3-D Secure program are further authenticated by the issuing bank, confirming your identity through the use of a token or a password.
All information collected by Corvus Pay is considered a secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which they were intended. Your sensitive data is fully secure and it’s privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.
